1. Subtle & Harmonious — Multivarietal

Made from Moraiolo 10%, Pendolino 10%, Leccino 30%, and Rossellino Cerretano 50% varieties.

Fruity and delicate, with aromas of tomato leaf and green apple alongside fragrant aromatic herbs. Subtle yet expressive, it has a beautifully balanced character and a lingering finish. An elegant oil for lighter dishes.

2. 100% Leccino — Medium & Delicate

A medium-intensity oil with a light, fresh character. Aromas of freshly cut grass and delicate herbaceous notes lead into a gentle, balanced palate, with the herbal character carrying through to the finish. Particularly well suited to delicate dishes where its subtlety can shine.

3. 100% Frantoio — Intense & Robust

A high-intensity oil with pronounced fruitiness and bold notes of artichoke, tomato leaf, green almond and black pepper. Vegetal notes of artichoke and rocket linger on the palate, accompanied by a persistent, warming spiciness. Best suited to hearty, robust dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own with fresh, crusty bread.

4. 100% Leccio del Corno — Bold & Complex

A bold and complex oil with prominent aromas of freshly cut grass, artichoke, unripe almond and radish. On the palate, it reveals pronounced notes of artichoke, thistle and fresh almond, accompanied by a characteristic chilli pepper spiciness typical of the variety. A distinctive oil for hearty dishes, or equally delicious enjoyed on its own.
