Shipping policy

We normally use DHL to send orders and aim to dispatch within 2 working days. If you need your order urgently, please send us an email and we will try to dispatch earlier. 

For orders which weigh less than 1kg we offer shipping by Royal Mail in order to reduce the cost to our customers. Again we aim to dispatch within 2 working days. 

Free delivery is offered to UK Mainland for orders with a value of £75.00 or more. 

Click and Collect from our office (W12 8PA) is available. Please select this option at check out. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready (normally after 24 hours) and we would be grateful if you would let us know when you intend to collect. Collections can be made 9.00am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
