Inspired by the Modenese tradition of sharing the family reserve with family and friends, this balsamic condiment is hand-finished, sealed with rope and red wax, and features a delicate, enveloping flavour of sweet plum jam and vanilla. It pairs beautifully with risotto, fresh pasta, soups, eggs, cheeses, meats, fruit and desserts.
