During the Espsizione Agaria, a trade fair in Modena that took place in 1863, the first recipe for balsamic vinegar was documented and Giuseppe Giusti wrote his golden rules on how to create the perfect balsamic vinegar: \u003ci\u003eperfect grapes, vessels and time\u003c\/i\u003e. This is still known as the Giusti Recipe. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: 'Aptos Display',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"\u003eDuring the 19\u003csup\u003eth\u003c\/sup\u003e and early 20\u003csup\u003eth\u003c\/sup\u003e centuries the Giusti family transported their vinegar to tradeshows across Europe with huge success, collecting many prestigious medals.
